PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DO CARGO:
- Planejamento e controle físico-financeiro de projetos;
- Elaboração e atualização de cronogramas, listas de documentos e listas de pendências;
- Apoio ao Arquivo Técnico na gestão de documentos no Sistema GED;
- Controle financeiro de projetos;
- Mitigar atrasos, elaborar planos de ações e cobrar/garantir a aderência do cronograma físico nos projetos;
- Participação ativa em reuniões de kick-off e follow-up dos projetos.
FORMAÇÃO:
- Formação superior completa em Engenharia.
COMPETÊNCIAS NECESSÁRIAS:
- MS Project intermediário;
- Excel intermediário;
- Pacote Office intermediário.
DESEJÁVEL:
- Conhecimento em Primavera P6 e Power BI.
