PROGRAM SUMMARY This Program is for the preparation (development) and execution phase for Decommissioning (“Decom”) of the NPP units and the support installations. |
SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION The Program is performed by the sites (Doel and Tihange) and supported by the Fleet organization in Brussels (Decom Common program and Engineering Fleet) and by Tractebel, Laborelec, Synatom and suppliers. The Decom Common Program team, under the lead of the Decom Common Program manager, reports to the Decom Program Overall manager within the BU Nuclear Belgium and supports the different sub-programs and projects related to Decommissioning performed by the sites Doel & Tihange. |
ROLE Initiate, plan, execute, control, and monitor all the activities related to the Program/Projects scheduling function according to the Schedule management plan of the Program. |

JOB CONTEXT / WORK LOCATION

PROFILE Education: Bachelor Degree. Knowledge of IT scheduling tools is a must (MS Project, Clarity). PMI certified PMP® is a plus. Skills: Good communication skills, both written and oral, in French or Dutch and English. Well organized and result-oriented. Persuasiveness and are decision-making. Focused on efficient teamwork, can delegate and follow up. Easily make new contacts and can work transversely. Experience: Not less than 5 years in a similar position. 10 years of experience in projects. Knowledge of the operation of a nuclear power plant and the nuclear circuits is a plus. Experience in project management (knowledge of PMI methodology is a plus). Languages: Fluency in French or Dutch and English is a must. |
